“I have nacked 478 @ghastlyxbt if something is to be run with 468 it should be either 477 or 479. Running 478 would cause 135 days of consensus ambiguity with both temporary and permanent 1 year softforks and therefore could lead to a nodewar and confusion at a later date.”

Therefore I NACK this proposal not for technical reasons, but strategic reasons from being run by anyone who actually wants 468.
