“Updated this PR to build on 468 as released in 29.4.3. It now covers rewards mined from 979919 on and switches on at block 995000. Until then it accepts exactly the same blocks as 29.4.3, and since 468 still holds every covered reward at that point, it never re-locks a spendable reward.
